Alisa Esser Reimbursement Coordinator
After graduating from Rutgers University, earning a B.S. in Human Ecology with a Specialization in public health, Alisa has had a long career in billing and reimbursement within the healthcare industry. She has resided in Wayne for 17 years and shares her home with her daughter Sarah and son Nathaniel. When she has free time, Alisa enjoys trying new recipes, especially baking, and attending wine tasting events. Alisa also enjoys gardening with her family -- although she probably has the only NJ garden that has never produced a zucchini! She welcomes any and all suggestions to remedy this dilemma. Alisa also volunteers for a community outreach group, and is currently heading a program which supplies homemade meals to a local food pantry. She hopes to get back to her love of counted cross-stitch, now that she has gained some time each day with her short commute! |

As our Insurance Reimbursement Coordinator, you can find her helping out all of our patients by taking care of every step of the insurance process for them, as well as finding great answers for all questions. You can come to her with any questions about health insurance, for a clearer "explanation of benefits," or just some friendly conversation. Even the insurance representatives have told her they can hear her warm smile through the phone!
