Associate Resources Coordinator

Kate, our bright, attentive Associate Resources Coordinator, works hard behind the scenes to ensure that our associate team is well cared for. After graduating from Montclair State University with a B.A. in Psychology, Kate earned her master's degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, in Social Work with a concentration in Non-Profit and Public Management from Rutgers University. Whether she’s helping develop new procedures and benefits, searching for outstanding candidates to add to our team, or ensuring that we have the right mixture of providers, facility assistants, and client services associates in order to give the best care to our patients, Kate’s willingness to go above and beyond for our associates makes our entire company run smoothly!

Kate’s love for talking with and learning about new people is practiced daily in her interactions with associates, patients, and other local professionals. She does a fantastic job building great relationships with everyone MPT works with!  Making people feel comfortable and welcome in all settings is an active goal of hers – not only is she eager to listen, but also to bring you the best cup of coffee ever!

Kate is a Brick Township native, and now lives in Belleville. A huge movie buff, Kate enjoys seeing every new movie that comes to theatres – you name it, she’s probably seen it! In her spare time she loves to sing, hang out at the beach, spend time with her family and friends, and of course, shop!
