Montville Physical Therapy is conveniently located at the intersection of Main Road and Changebridge Road just East of exit 47. Click on the area you are coming from to see detailed directions.

From the North

Take Route 287 South to Exit 47 (Route 202 toward Montville – Lincoln Park). Make a right at the traffic light at the end of the ramp. Go straight through two traffic lights. Immediately after that second light you will see the entrance to the Montville Physical Therapy parking lot. Make a right into the parking lot. MPT is located in the building on your left.

From the South

Take Route 287 North to Exit 47 (Route 202 toward Montville – Lincoln Park). Make a left at the traffic light at the end of the ramp. Go through one traffic light, and the entrance to the Montville Physical Therapy parking lot is immediately after it. Make a right into the parking lot. MPT is located in the building on your left.

From the West (Rockaway, Middletown)

Take Route 80 East to Exit 43 (Route 287). Take Route 287 North to Exit 47 (Route 202 toward Montville – Lincoln Park) and follow the directions for "From the South."

From the East (Pine Brook, Caldwell)

Take Route 80 West to Exit 43A (Route 287). Take Route 287 North to Exit 47 (Route 202 toward Montville – Lincoln Park) and follow the directions for “From the South.”
